Tiffiny Jones

Tiffiny Jones is a mother, companion, mentor, grower, doula, research advocate and health educator in Southwest Detroit! She has over ten years of experience working with youth in various capacities including in-school, the court system, college, mentorship, etc. Tiffiny is currently completing her doctoral degree in Health Education. She has deep rooted interests in mental health and wellbeing, maternal and child health, and urban agriculture in communities of color. She passionately advocates for knowing where your food comes from and cultivating and harvesting your own food because it can be therapeutic and gives you a sense of ease. She encourages her community to live healthy lives and make decisions to make your best self even better.
